FrontEndNorth 2018 Photos, Winning Blog Post and Status of Videos!

FrontEndNorth happened a few weeks ago and we’re still working to get together all of the photos and video from the event so we can share with everyone!

A huge success, now with video!

The event was a huge success and we packed in over 200 people into Sheffield City Hall for a day of front-end-amazing-ness.

This year was especially brilliant because we had a FULL VIDEO crew recording all of the talks for prosperity! These are just being edited and pulled together before we can share them with the masses.

A superb blog post!

We’ve been collecting blog and news posts about the event since it ended a few weeks ago. The team at Fisheye wrote an amazingly detailed post about the event. Here’s what they had to say about the conference:

FrontEnd North was a fabulous day and the whole team stayed late into the night! The after party was a excellent chance for us to catch up with other likeminded people. We socialised with the event team and got the chance to speak to the speakers of the day!

Check out the full post on their website here. And because of this amazing write up Emma will win access to our next conference totally free of charge! Not bad eh?

Make Do Blog Rewind…

You may have not noticed (we didn’t) but the last post on our Blog was number 100! So to celebrate this very small achievement we’ve dug out some of our favorite posts from the past 100 and will be re-sharing these over social media in the coming weeks!

What’s changed at Make Do since the COVID-19 lockdown?

4 weeks ago the UK was locked down because of the global COVID-19 pandemic. It has been a challenging few weeks for a small agency like ours but we’ve managed to adapt quickly to the change and remain productive in the ‘new normal’.
