A Flexible Support Model That Scales With You

Many of our long-term clients use a monthly SLA for predictable day-to-day support, maintenance and ongoing improvements. This gives them a reliable baseline of technical help each month.

For larger pieces of work, such as campaign support, new features, integrations, audits or improvement projects, clients can add Flexible Package hours without starting a new supplier search or procurement process.

The result is a simple model: consistent support when you need it, with the flexibility to scale when priorities change.

HoursBest for…
40 hoursEnough for a small project or to ‘top-up’ a retainer package or some quick wins
80 hoursFor larger support users or more complex solutions and support
120 hoursOur most popular, normally utilised on a quarterly basis or on ‘mini projects’
200 hoursThe most affordable higher-end package used to ‘stack’ and price up large project work
200+ hoursIf more than 200 hours are needed for a project we would suggest a fully scoped fixed-price approach

Price per-hour: Our Flexible Package rates work on a variable per-hour rate which gets lower the more hours you order. For example a 40 hour package is more expensive per-hour than an 120 hour package. For more info about how our packages work just drop us an email and we’ll send you the pricing details.

The Make Do team are hotshots. They did things with WordPress we didn’t
think were possible and we needed a fast turnaround and heavily customised system.

I would highly recommend their services.

Liz Hnat

Project Lead, Fun Palaces

The process of developing our new website was clear, constructive, positive and actually enjoyable. The Make Do team were able to translate what we wanted from a website into the building of it and we weren’t bombarded with jargon and terminology.

Richard King

Website Development Manager

Make Do joined us at the very beginning of our re-brand and worked with us from day one to ensure that our website reflected the identity of the charity.

We couldn’t be happier with the look and style of our website.
