Colt is a global digital infrastructure provider with complex products and a worldwide footprint.

New prospects and customers needed fast, reliable information as to what Colt could deliver at specific locations. That insight often lived across different systems or required manual checks, slowing down the sales process.

Discovery & Prototyping

We began with discovery sessions at Colt’s London offices and created rapid browser-based prototypes to validate the concept.

The first iteration of Connect was delivered inside Colt’s WordPress stack, using Gravity Forms and HubSpot to capture, route, and qualify interest while integrating with Colt’s internal data sources to display local network capability.

This proved the value quickly, kept the editorial flow familiar, and allowed non-technical teams to operate the tool from day one.

The move to a Custom App

We re-architected Connect as a dedicated React application, separating it from the main site templates to improve performance, scale, and release agility.

The new app consumes internal APIs to surface availability, routes, and service options by country and city, then passes structured lead and context data into HubSpot (and eventually Salesforce) for follow-up.

The interface was simplified over multiple iterations. Complex visuals were replaced with progressive simplified updates for location search that was also enhanced with autosuggest and validation and clear calls to engage.

What began as a marketing enablement tool is now used by several groups for pre-sales and onboarding.

The app’s decoupled architecture allows independent releases, faster experimentation, and easier integration with new data sources. We continue to support Connect with roadmap planning, feature sprints, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer so Colt’s teams can operate and evolve the platform with confidence.
