The NHS Leadership Academy strives to deliver excellent leadership throughout the NHS allowing it to help and directly impact their patient care.
As a part of this The NHS Leadership Academy also offers an awards ceremony to thank those individuals who have gone above and beyond. The awards ceremony is where we came in to help.
The ceremony is for everyone around the UK who works for the NHS. There are thousands of applicants either nominating themselves or nominating someone else. For this to work complex and long forms were set up for each individual award along with specific questions regarding the individual being submitted. Our team built a specific WordPress awards site using a custom form system allowing the user to easily select the award and apply.
Project Challenges
Once this site was set up there needed to be a way to get the completed forms and all their information over to the specific judges of that particular region/award. To do this we had to integrate with the internal awards CRM.
This allowed us to get the relevant information to the right people. We also helped train the necessary people within the NHS Leadership Academy so they could log into the site and into the CRM so they could work through the candidates they had been assigned. All this collated data would later be used to contact the successful applicants and organise the awards ceremony.
This was a complicated challenge but one we excelled in. We managed to make the whole application process for both the user and client a whole lot easier.
