TPC Leadership is a fast-growing global firm delivering professional services to help organisations enhance leadership capability. Following internal management changes and a rebrand in 2016, Style Factory Communications engaged Make Do to design and implement multilingual WordPress websites for their brand with multi-territory options.
The challenge was clear: create a flexible platform that reflected TPC Leadership’s presence in 13 countries and across 20 languages, while also supporting future growth. Leadership styles vary significantly across cultures, and the website needed to represent this by allowing each territory to present its services in a way that resonated locally. The UK, USA, and Australia sites, for example, are all written in English but differ significantly in tone, cultural emphasis, and navigation structure.
A key obstacle was multilingual functionality. At the time, no off-the-shelf multilingual plugin could support the level of complexity required. The Make Do team developed a fully bespoke system within WordPress MultiSite, allowing each territory to operate as a distinct site with its own design, content structure, and language. Administrators were given the ability to add new areas on demand, spinning up new sites with unique layouts, languages, and navigation at the touch of a button.
Beyond content flexibility, functionality was carefully crafted to support a global consultancy. A Google Maps integration makes it easy for visitors to locate offices worldwide, with administrators able to add new coordinates instantly as the company expands. Multiple WordPress widgets were also added to support customised contact forms and improved lead capture across territories.

One of the most complex challenges was international SEO. Multilingual sites often struggle with duplicate content issues, which can damage rankings.
To solve this, Make Do built a user-friendly tool for editors to manage hreflang and metadata tags per page and per post.
This ensured search engines could properly interpret content in different languages and locations, while keeping the editorial process streamlined.
The enterprise WordPress development resulted in a flexible and scalable WordPress MultiSite system, delivered over a six-month development cycle. TPC Leadership’s new platform reflects the diversity of its international consultants, provides territory-level flexibility, and continues to grow alongside the organisation’s global expansion.
